The latest news is not even our troops in Iraq were allowed to wear these things. Some soldiers had received Dragon Skin vests and were forced to stop with them. The military released data insuffient test or some BS, but real life video of the performance of the skin of the dragon make you a believer.
I do not know if it's illegal here ... I doubt it, but certainly not rob a bank or anything with it =)
The laws reguarding defense firearms laws are similar to ...

Most likely not in a position to buy Dragon Skin Armor NIJ certification until they are reset and you must be a member of the army or the police to do.
There is no law against buying or using body armor.

BTW, I was finally reviewed and tested Dragon Skin for military purposes. not actually used. So the answer to your question is that there is no such thing as "military" Armor Dragon Skin. It may also be incorrect.
