Is it true that aspartame is a carcinogenic constituents of rubber? I know they have laboratory tests on rats and certain types of cancer are linked, but what happens to the people? Almost all included in the rubber and the BHA and BHT is safe to eat chewing gum, with these ingredients? What kind of gum is the safest?

I stay away from all products with aspartame, and therefore can not bear children, who see nothing to eat or drink consumption (especially diet soft drinks).
