How to delete "PHIM NGUOI LON.exe"? - phim for you

It is this memory stick for my sister owns and into the folder (I mean DCIM or something?) At the exe inside. If you delete, there is the Memory Stick / Flash Drive. I think it has something to do with the cameras and everything. Therefore, no one has any idea how to delete this?
